Founder of Activade Health | Performance Physical Therapist
Dr. Ken helps runners, lifters, and CrossFit and HYROX athletes get out of pain, move better, and return to the training they love with confidence.
With nearly 20 years of physical therapy experience—including more than a decade treating professional athletes and active adults in New York City and the tri-state area—he brings extensive clinical experience to personalized, one-on-one care in Charlotte.
His approach starts with understanding what’s holding you back. By assessing your movement, strength, mobility, and training demands, Dr. Ken identifies the factors contributing to your pain and builds a clear plan around your goals. His Mend → Move → Max process guides your progression from managing symptoms to rebuilding capacity and preparing for the demands of your sport.
As a HYROX athlete himself, Dr. Ken understands how frustrating it is when pain interrupts your training. His perspective also comes from personal experience: injuries to both hips as a teenager required surgery and intensive rehabilitation. That experience helped shape his commitment to giving people clarity, practical tools, and support throughout recovery.
Dr. Ken earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Daemen College in Buffalo, New York. He is a certified manual therapist, with additional certifications in dry needling through AAMT, Titleist Performance Institute assessment, and workstation and ergonomic assessment.
Since moving to Charlotte with his family in 2018, he has built Activade Health around a simple goal: help people understand their bodies, take an active role in their recovery, and keep doing what matters to them.
