Activade Health utilizes an out-of-network payment model which allows us to spend our time more efficiently and cost effectively. This means we can focus more on you! We will provide you with all the necessary medical documentation required, so that you can submit to your insurance to seek reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. Additionally, you can use your HSA and/or FSA for any of our services!

The price per treatment session can vary depending on the treatment package you choose. Your physical therapist will help guide you in deciding which treatment package is best for you based on your physical assessment and your personal goals. However, initial consultations are complimentary and commitment free.
We are a mobile practice, which means we come to you! We will bring all the necessary equipment required to carry out your treatment session. We have visited patients in their homes, offices, as well as community centers and gyms!
We specialize in orthopedic, post-surgical, and sports related injuries including low back pain, neck strain, shoulder pain, hip pain, knee strain/sprain, foot/ankle pain. In addition, we specialize in ergonomic assessment to address your work from home setup.
No, the states we service (including North Carolina, South Carolina, and New York) are direct access states, which means there is no need to visit your physician first.
During the first session your therapist will complete a full physical examination, review the findings with you, initiate treatment, and provide you with a detailed exercise prescription.
Our concierge model allows us to extend our care and expertise beyond the confines of just your appointment time. This means we encourage our clients to reach out to us between sessions with questions or concerns, so that you can receive the best outcome possible.
No, minimal space is required for equipment set up and to provide your treatment. Additionally, should you not feel comfortable having the therapist in your home we have the equipment to set up outside! We just need to know in advance so that we can be prepared!
Each treatment session is scheduled for 60 minutes.
No, your treatment session will progress based on your progress and your goals.
You will not need to purchase any equipment for your treatment sessions. Your Physical Therapist will bring all the required equipment to your appointment. However, In some instances your physical therapist may recommend some small equipment for you to purchase to complete your exercises between your scheduled visits.
